Cannot add card into Apple pay

I tried multiple attempts to add my card into my wallet but nothing works! I’ve checked my region and everything is correct. I don’t get why doesn’t it work ? It worked fine in my other iphone but not my current one. I kept trying and they told me “ invalid card” “try again “ I’m pretty sure my information were correct but nothing works ?!
