my ipod nano fell down with cover on and the top button used for on and off and to dim screen is apparently damaged... it's pressed down and i can't manage to get it out... I was wondering if replacing the complete case is possible and how much can it cost? Any help would be deeply appreciated.. thank you very much

I doubt Apple fixes them, but you may be able to exchange it for a replacement at a discounted price. Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. Also, see How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD).
