MacBook is taking longer than usual to start up and freezes shortly after login (within 1 minute) unless in safe mode.

kernel crash log is at /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/
paste it here.
If you are using third party kext(s), delete it(them) and see if still kernel crashes.
The first thing I would try is to uninstall Trusteer. It is known to cause problems.
Also: the software called Techyutils is likely causing problems. The Cisco videoguard thing is ubiquitous - try uninstalling all that if dumping Techyutils and Trusteer doesn't help.
Maybe run EtreCheck and post the results here.
Issue seems to have stopped now, but I'm not sure which of the suggestions below was the solution.
