add movie

Anyone knows how to add movies into the IPhone using iTunes? I tried adding file into the library but nothing works. It's 2019 but this is still a world's first problem.

I get the error "itunes cannot sync movies or TV shows to the iPhone because the TV app or the Videos app is not installed." Where to view movies imported to iPhone I have imported several movie files from my desktop to my iPhone through itunes but I'm not sure how to access them on my phone. It appears that they have imported correctly since the storage available decreased by the expected amount and the next sync took the expected amount to time to import a movie but I have no idea where on the phone that the movies can be accessed!

Import movies on my iPad (6th Gen) How do I import movies on my iPad (6th Gen)? I've tried dragging and dropping multiple formats (mP4, .mov, m4v), I see the plus sign as I drag it to the Movies section (on the Finder, on my iPad), but nothing happens. On a side note, why did Apple make this, iTunes and Podcasts so much more difficult?
