Purchased movie won’t play or download

I have a move that I have purchased that I can’t play. Get error message there is a problem loading this content. Also get unable to download movie. I paid for this movie ????

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. I understand you're unable to play a movie from the iTunes Store.


I notice you're on cellular data; as a starting point, try connecting to Wi-Fi. Does that make a difference? This would help to determine more about what's causing the issue.


Does it help if you Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch?
