Viewing downloaded movies offline
How can I watch purchased movies offline? I’ve downloaded them but they’re only accessible in iTunes and iTunes doesn’t load on my phone or iPad when there’s no WiFi.

You don’t need an Apple TV
It’s an App on your iOS device . It’s black with a blue Apple on it
It stores all your movie purchases. You can download your purchases to watch offline in the app. Once downloaded you look in Library- Downloaded
This link shows you what it does and how to recognize the app. Or you can just ask Siri to open the tv app.
