Payment for icloud storage

Hello, i received tons of emails and notification regarding my so called invalid payment method - for the 1€ of extra storage place that i m using monthly. There is a possibility that there were no money on the card 3 weeks ago, but that only lasted 2 days. Since then, apple could not extract the icloud payment, though there is no reason for that! I m using the same card on several other sites and shops and ut works, it has enough money on it, it s not expired. They won t let me remove it so that i can enter the payment information again. I have no other card, so... what s the sollution?

See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store
