My digital crown does not work for scrolling or pressing

I just got my Apple watch from Warranty, I swimmed with it once, it worked after that, i let it to Charge overnight, and now my digital crown does not work for scrolling or pressing, But when i do an ecg, the sensor works, i tried to restart it and its the same, anything to do?
