When I type, duplicate or erroneous letters/numbers appear. This happens on many APPs including this support post. I have done a Hard reset, Powered Down numerous times All other APPS are closed. It's. Almost impossible to use. Heellpp (See) Please.

That would be good choice to try.
You can use the restore from backup method. If that doesn't work, restore the device to new and then bring things back over manually.

If rebooting didn't help, you could try to restore the iPad from backup, but honestly, I'd suggest scheduling an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to Apple.
Guess I'll have to try a Factory Reset. There's no Apple store anywhere near where I live, unfortunately
