Hacked?

I received an email telling me that my password was changed today but I did it days ago. It shows me a link where I need to change my info appleid.apple.com I don’t think is a certified email. It’s not the first time. 4 days ago I received one telling me I bought something w my ID. By mistake I entered to the link and it was rerouting me to so many links before that one I mentioned before so I closed it and knew that it might be some hacking stuff so I changed my password the day after and cancelled my debit card.

Scam/phishing emails. They don't mean you are hacked, but you might want to change your password as a precaution.
