Unable to update Pages in the App store

Unable to update Pages in the App store - even on account page in app store as message instructs. Keeps giving me message "To update this app, you need to accept it on the Account page in the App Store." even though I am in account page in app store. Using iMac Mojave 10.14.6

Anyone know how to fix this?

Delete the app and download it again from the app's App Store page.
