My voice memo won’t play

I don’t know exactly when it happened but sure but I remember that my previous iPhone SE was destroyed and I had to buy a new one. And then I went to the store and I was getting The iPhone 7 and the employee told me about you need time to make the recovery and I went to my home and i recover from iCloud I think in the beginning it was everything good but now the most important of my memos

Has gone I’m so sad because for me it was a big investment to buy my new iPhone and I want everything to be right but as it looks I have lost the most important information from my voice memo! I bought also 200 GB on iCloud to have more space I was so sure everything‘s gonna be all right but I’m so disappointed if anyone can help situation please contact me. I hope Apple to store the problem...
