My daughters screentime is limited to 2 hours all apps and categories per day.
However she manages to run up 5 hours per day anyway... mostly snapchat and instagram.
i thought the 2 hours was culminative limit. Am I wrong? If not, how is she doing it?

The glitch seems to be related to Downtime and App Limit running at the same time. My daughter said that if she didn't use all her app limit when downtime hit, after midnight a screen would pop up that said 5 more mins, 15 more minutes, use for the rest of the day. She could set the apps to use for rest of day (since 12:01am is a new day!) and it was a free for all. I took away downtime and now the app limits are back to requesting a passcode to approve more time. It is disappointing that we cannot use downtime at the same time but at least there is somewhat of an answer. Hopefully apple will fix this on the next update.
I have the same problem with one of our two iPads
On one screen time works perfectly but the other doesn't at all
On both I am using the same settings
I hav tried setting screen time multiple times, restarting and force restarting the iPad, but none solves this issue
Any recommendations?
This is crazy. I updated to 13.3. App limits still not working. Yes, I have followed all instructions. Yes, block at end of limit is on. Please fix.
I hope this does it, although this issue isn’t mentioned in the 13.3.1 release notes. Just mentions there is a fix for people who were circumventing the screen time passcode and adding contacts.
Screen Limit canbe switched off right after Reboot.
