PURCHASE ERROR . BUT NOT ME , BREACH

I have had an email saying that the system detected a login from an unusual device. your account needs improvement to get back to normal again. the purchase is apple gift card of $100.00 tax (VAT Spain) $34.50 subtotal $134.50

To restore your account to normal -

select sign in

complete your account identity correctly

the email address - iCloud Service ocstmmosc@ccsuotoco on the 8th Aug 2019 5.38am

To me this looks suspicious.

also when I logged in to do this email. my phone said that someone was trying to log in from Queensland. which this has happened before.
