Possible Phishing?

I just received an offer to use Apple TV free trial. I've made my account and got Promocode Denied message or smtn similar. So I've checked my email If I've ever use it for apple products and surprisingly found that between 2014 and 2016 someone was logging to their Apple ID via my email and even made a purchase for warranty repair in Rosentrase Munchen. I've got the Iphone IMEI in the receipt but not much information else. I've never had an Iphone, nor I've been in Munchen, nor do I speak german. Since I just signed up for Apple ID there's nothing in the purchase history tab nor any devices associated with the account. The emails seem legit to me. There're no links in them, they don't ask me for any payment info. What can I do next?
