iCloud storage
I have a new phone with so no longer required to pay for iCloud, if I cancel will I lose all photos that have been stored?

If the photos are on your phone, make sure they are full resolution photos. I would turn off photos syncing to make sure they remain on the phone before downgrading your iCloud storage.
