songs randomly skipping

Can someone please explain why is my iPhone randomly skipping songs without playing single second of the song? I give you an example: I have playlist with let´s say 20 songs and sometimes the phone plays only 2 of them, sometimes it plays 18 of them and sometimes only 5 of them. In order to get it play the whole playlist I have to open the playlist and shuffle it again...and even this only last first few times I play the playlist and then it happens again...and it happens all the time and is so annoying. I tried being only on wi-fi and only on data, I deleted whole library and downloaded it again..nothing helped.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand you are listening to Apple Music on your iPhone and random songs are skipping without playing. You've done some good intial troubleshooting by trying your Wi-Fi network and then only using cellular data. How did you delete the library and download it again? Was this done directly on the iPhone or did you use the iTunes application on your computer to troubleshoot this issue? In addition to what you have already done, I would suggest:

Quit the Music app on the iPhone and restart it - How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you have a computer, update iTunes to the most recent version. Then quit the application and restart the computer - Update to the latest version of iTunes
Check for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth interference - Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference
Recyle the power to your modem and/or router.
Sign out of the iTunes and App Store and sign back in - Sign in to the App Store and iTunes Store on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, or Apple TV
Turn off iCloud Music Library and turn it back on - Get help with iCloud Music Library
