I asked for a refund from the program RaceChrono Pro and get the confirmation that money was sent back on my card but the money didn’t come. Already 2 days I’m waiting for money but nothing changes

If I have two connected cards and I want to delete one of them which I was used to pay for this program, is it better to wait for returned money or doesn’t matter ? Money will return on another connected card ?
Two days isn't enough, a refund to a credit card can take seven to ten days or so.
You can remove it, it shouldn't need to still be on the account
