Hi guys.
When I try to contact apple I have to enter my serial number.
When I enter my number it tells me it is from a different device.
Has any body experience this.

Serial Number:
Seems like voice recognition is getting in the way here. So, If you’re not going through while calling Apple Support say, “I don’t have it” or “I don’t know. Once on the phone, ask the Apple Rep should transfer you to whomever needbe.
Serial Number from a Different Device:
See if there is a different serial number on the device’s original packaging or receipt. If different, ask for the Serial Number to be updated by the Apple Rep.
Screensharing Device’s Serial Number(s):
Share the screen of the phone with them. You would enable the camera App on the iPhone, share the screen, and show them what you are seeing. The Apple rep will see this all from your perspective.
