if my screen is broke how can I change passcode for iPhone to be able to log in

My screen is shattered and I am trying to log into my iPhone to be able to transfer all of my stuff to a new phone. My face recognition isn't working because I restarted my phone. How do I bypass the passcode?

You can't bypass it.

The phone would have to be repaired to be able to enter the passcode.
