Finally I received the iphone

Hi for all I posted a topic here before 2 months I wish that M.R (KiltedTim) remembered me,,, I bought an iphone 8 plus from the ebay the seller said (This phone is network blocked which means not receiving calls or text but has no iCloud sign in. Works perfect on Wi-Fi! ) I recived the iphone today and there is no icloud signed in ,,,can I set my new icloud and connect my phone to the ituns without any problem ????

If there is no account signed into iCloud, then you should be able to sign in with your own iCloud account and be just fine.

Sounds like Activation Lock. You will not be able to use the device without the Apple ID and Password of the original owner. See this link:

thanks my friend i was searching on you but i dont know how to make a tag for you this the pictures after i turnd on the mobile is it ok no icloud problem ???
