Heat Sink Issues

Hi all,

I have an issue where my 2017 MacBook Pro with touchbar is not turning on even after resetting the SMC on multiple occasions on different days. There was no signs of life until yesterday when my Laptop was burning hot. You could not touch it for more than 2 seconds without getting seriously burned. By opening the lower case and visually inspecting my laptop, I noticed that the heat Sink was BURNING hot and only my right fan was working in intervals of 10 seconds. I dont know what to do you literally can not touch the heat sink and the laptop is not turning on all the way so there is no way to stop it.
