Unexpected shut down - Macbook Pro 13inch touch bar (2018)

I wondered if someone could please help. I have the 13inch touch bar macbook pro, i purchased this in 2018, and is now out of warranty. However, I experienced an unexpected shut down, I immediately tried to turn it back on and realised it was hot underneath. It’s been hot several times before but none to the extent where it has completely shut down. It’s been on charge since and can’t get it back on. Any help will be appreciated. I tried to reset SMC but isn’t working.

Hi!

I don't know which steps you've tried by now. Someone should be able to lend you a hand in here if you systematically work your way through the appropriate support articles and then tell the community whats has been done, and more specifically how the machine reacts.

Step by step troubleshooting is found in the article below.
