Apple Pay won’t let me add new card. I checked and they participate and shut my phone done and restarted . Nothing and suggestions ?

Apple Pay won’t load. Tried restarting and cc is a participant. Any help?

Apple Pay not working with me It keep saying "Apple Pay will be available when updates is finish" I waited too long but nothing happens, I found a thread that said "double click and swipe up in the app review then restart the iPhone" I did exactly the same but nothing happened so I deleted all my cards so I can re-add them but in each time after putting exp date it gives me an error and two option "add card later" and "try again". Please any help this is really frustrating?

Apple pay I have just got a new phone a week ago and the apple of won’t work. I can connect the card to it. It just won’t connect to the card reader. I have tried turning the phone off and on, taking the card off and putting it on and tried a different card. It’s not even acknowledging the card reader. I have now factory reset my ohone. Set it back up and still not working. ( I know how to use Apple Pay I have had an I phone for 6 years

Apple Pay won’t set up with cafd I have recently got a new phone. I had Apple Pay on my last phone but have since reset and sold that. Now I am unable to set up my card after multiple attempts saying ‘card not added. Contact card issuer for more information’. I looked online and tried restarting, signing in and out of iCloud and turned off passcode etc but nothing has worked.
