With that additional information, it now sounds like you received a phishing email from scammers and not from Apple.

Thank you. I ask because of a email saying Apple with a case ID 703381650. It stated Rep:activity log in submitting requested an password change on window 8.1. It stated the account would be locked. I started filling out the form but at the end it wanted social so I didn’t go any further.
Maybe I should change my password
