Does iOS 13 and iPadOS NTFS? I am thinking about getting an iPad Pro but it might not be compatible with my hard drive since it is NTFS based. I had to download paragon for it to work on my mac.
No discussions of iOS 13 beta is allowed here in these open, public Apple support communities.
You'll just have to wait a little while longer for Apple to officially release iPadOS/iOS 13 to find out.

We can't answer your question. iPadOS is not released and we can't talk about pre-release software on this forum.
