Logitech Focus Keyboard Case Not Working

Hello! Recently I reset my iPad and can't seem to reconnect my Logitech Focus Case for my iPad 4. The keyboard still lights up (blue and green). The battery is fully charged (green charging light is unblinking). Whenever I press any key on the Logi Keyboard, it blinks blue five times slowly (which I believe means its trying to connect). When I press the small bluetooth connection button, nothing happens (I believe its supposed to blink rapidly - so maybe it's broken?)


My bluetooth is on (I'm able to see all my other devices). Ive gone through a few cycles of turning on off. Ive tried to set up in a different location. Does anyone know if there's a way to reset the case? Or if the update has made it impossible to use the case with my iPad (I have version 12.4.1)?

The update should not have any ill effect on using any Bluetooth case with your iPad.


Are you using the actual pairing instructions which came with the Logitech case? If you don't know the specific pairing instructions, go out to Logitech.com and download the user guide for your keyboard. Or reach out to Logitech for support since it's a 3rd party device.
