Where are my voice notes on iCloud?

Hi. I had my Voice notes on iCloud . I paid to have space tu keep them as I am a musician. My phone was stolen and now all I have back is the names of the files and not the files. Plz help.

Voice Memos and Notes during Erase all Content and Settings. Hi there. I have to "Erase all content and settings" to sell my phone, but can't see anywhere that this also deletes voice memos and notes. I have gone through and manually deleted them (including deleting them from the "deleted" folders), but I just want to ensure that after the "Erase all content and settings" has been pushed, they can not be recovered at all. From reading online I can see that photos, messages, credit card data etc., all gets deleted, but can see no mention of voice memos and notes. I want to ensure they are entirely deleted and not (at all) recoverable. Thank you.

All voice memos have disappeared and there is no "deleted" folder? All my voice memos were deleted from my iPhone, without permission, and with no way to recover. No, there is no folder with "recently deleted" No, I don't want to reset from iTunes backup, because then I will lose other files. Why did this happen in the first place, and how can I get them back? Poor form Apple! I am hoping someone has a solution to this, and that I don't just get the auto-reply from Apple that they usually send. Especially as it seems to be a common problem. Otherwise ... I guess we shouldn't EVER use this function? And now I am worried that all my Notes, Calendars, Files and everything else are also in danger of disappearing into the abyss...

With iCloud, your voice memos appear automatically in Voice Memos on your Mac and also on your iOS devices where you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.

In your new iPhone sign with same Apple ID and password used in old lost iPhone .
