Iphone stuck on veryfying iphone restore without error message Checkpoint 0x61A

Hi everyone thank you for helping I have a problem with my 6s the phone one day had 0% battery after i played on it when i plugged it in the dock, it recharged and get stuck on the apple logo (boot loop) i connected it to Itunes but it get stuck on veryfying iphone restore on the logs of Itunes the phone is stuck on the Checkpoint : 0x61A I saw on forums that it's possible to be a shorted capacitor or a bad nand but i'm not a specialist and it's on few forums. I went in an Apple store but they just tried like me a DFU restore.
