I keep getting a pop up message that "hlpradc.app" will damage your computer. You should move it to the Trash. Report malware to Apple to protect other users. Every time I click "move to trash" it still pops up again and again. Since yesterday when I uploaded the new apple software this has been happening. Now what do I do?

That’s a different question. You’re on Catalina. You’re not getting that error from Safari.

That seems to be adware, based on some previous discussions.

Start here for how this can get installed, and how it can get removed:

If you can’t figure out how to remove it from Safe Mode or after disabling its launch, please start your own thread and post up an image of your LaunchAgents folder as was discussed above (direct link).

This should point out where it is...

EtreCheck is a simple little app to display the important details of your system configuration and allow you to copy that information to the Clipboard. It is meant to be used with Apple Support Communities to help people help you with your Mac.

Pastebin is a good place to paste the whole report...

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck.
