my iPhone is forwarding my calls to another phone when I do not answer

My iPhone 7 has been calling my husbands iPhone when I do not answer or I am on the phone. My phone does not have a call forwarding that I can find on settings/phone.

Check with your cell service provider, it may be a problem with your visual voice mail account.
