iPad Pro 2018 Apple keyboard case falling apart

My apple keyboard case is flaking and rippling at the edges. Is anyone else having the same issue. I can’t imagine there would be a way to restore it but if anyone has a suggestion for repair, please comment. I don’t use cleaning products on the case, in fact I can only recall a having to use a slightly damp micro fibre cloth to clean it once.

This is a pretty expensive option, it should really last longer than 20 months.

All we can suggest is to take it to your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to them. I can honestly say, I haven't seen anyone post a recent Smart Folio Keyboard case in worse shape than yours. Apple may consider this user damage. And remember, they are very slim and covered in fabric and vinyl for the most part.

This is why I don't own the Apple Keyboard. I want something much more durable, and there are features missing that they should have for the money, such as backlit keys and iOS shortcut keys.
