Delete my Apple Id account

I would like to permanently delete my Apple Id account.

Create a new one with my current e-mail address.

Just for clean sheet and start over.

I have an iMac from 2013.

I read on the internet that this mac no longer receives support.

Can I still have an ID removed? If so, is this free?

What happens if you request removal from Apple,

press the button continue?

Now I would like to know if you should call Apple for further instructions?

I would like that if it is by e-mail.

I first want to add another existing email address to my current account.

Then create a new one and then ask for removal.

I would like my name to be my GameCenter account.

That is not possible because it is already in use. Have never used this.

I thought: remove Apple Id and then it is possible?
