I tried replacing the screen but it’s saying iPhone disabled

My iPhone 7 was run over. My photos were not on the cloud. I tried replacing the screen but it’s saying iPhone disabled. Does anyone know of any way to retrieve my photos?

Iphone Unavailable Hello all, My cellphone has the "Iphone Unavailable" screen (Iphone 11 Pro). It does not say "disabled" and do not give me a few minutes... Iphone is disabled my iPhone 6 is disabled may due to old operational system. I suppose to be able to get access to all the photos stored in it by connecting it to iTunes, but it never work. I did not previously sync my photos to my library before, because I bought big storage. Is there anyway I can retrieve all my photos?

If you didn't back them up to itunes or icloud, sync them to icloud or import them to your computer, then there is no other place to retrieve them.
