Im trying to make a book in Adobe Indesign and convert it to epub in Arabic.

I used an Arabic font from MacOS. & When I saved it as epub, the letters became sporadic and inverted!

You need to ask in the Adobe forums about problems with their apps. Try using the Arabic font that Adobe provides.
