misspelling names worse than on phone

I've been battling for Siri to spell my daughter's name correctly on my apple devices for the last eight years (she's 8). Her name is Milly with a -y and yet any dictation spells it with an -ie.

I have

-told Siri she is my daughter (identifying the contact card)

-added the phonetic field

-spoken into the phonetic field so that the phonetic spelling is the same one Siri would use

-made an autocorrect entry to change Millie to Milly (that one works)

At least on the phone I can always click into the misspelled field to change it from -ie to -y but on the phone we don't have this option.

Anyone have any ideas? The Apple Watch also misspells names that aren't misspelled on my phone. For example when I say "Connor" my phone swaps it to "Conor," my brother's name, but the watch keeps "Connor."

Thanks!
