Macbook Air Main Logic board damaged after one month of warranty expires

Apple should take care of their products as it has too much cost. Logic board damage within one year and 1 month. It is very disappointing and requesting apple to fix this for me.

Logic board issue in my macbook pro 2019 Hi All, Myn is 24 month old MacBook pro (2019). The device has no physical damage nor any short circuits. A week back when i tried to open my mac it was not powering on, when i reached to authorised service centre they charged for diagnostics around 2.5K INR and said that logic board is faulty and needs to be replaced ( no physical damage from my side ) . MacBook Air logic board failure I've my MacBook Air for 1 year and 2 months, my warranty was only for 12 months, so i'm not in the warranty anymore. I was using my MacBook normally, out of the power, and suddenly it turned off and I started to smell a burnt coming from inside. I brought my device to my local Apple store to find the problem was logic board failure. After they told me the extortionate price to fix my MacBook. The problem is my device lasted just 1 year and 2 months... I don't know what to do.. I don't have the money and I need the mac for work. 2018 Macbook Air 13.3 Logic board Broken Bought a new 2018 Macbook Air as a Christmas gift with 1 year limited warranty. A bit over a year, the laptop can't be turned on and was told it's the logic board issue. Apple wants to charge me $500 to replace the logic board because it's out of warranty(two month after warranty to be exact). How come the logic board gets broken in just over a year in the first place?

You can try contacting Apple directly by clicking on the Contact Support link in the upper-righthand side of this webpage.

However, unless you elected to purchase an AppleCare+ plan, any repairs will be considered "out-of-warranty" and come at a full-cost. Regardless of how you feel about your expired warranty.
