Move contacts to iCloud

So whenever I press groups at the top left of my contacts, and only choose contacts 210 contacts show up but when I choose iCloud only 5 contacts show up, how do I move these contacts to my iCloud?

Contacts are not stored locally on an iPhone. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

How many Contacts account (email client server) you have?
What is your default Contacts Account?
Which email account you are using to store Contacts?
