Icloud on Pc using Thunderbird email

I'm trying to set up my new Surface 2 to use my icloud contacts and calendars. I've been trying using the thunderbird add-on TBsync.

1. It keeps asking me for the server name for CalDev and ContactDev. I tried contacting Apple support on the phone but they were useless.
2. In my research I came across the two-factor authentiction. It is set up on my iphone but not my PC.

Any words of wisdom from the community, I'm stuck. Thanks Pat
