iPhone 5s wallet

I can’t add an App card to the wallet. It was working fine until I did the latest update 12.4.1.....

then stop working,,these Apps can’t add to the wallet...

i have uninstall and reinstall these specific Apps but still not working,,,,

Also I did reset the language and region. Still nothing,,

the wallet lost its plus[+) sign on the top right corner.....

Any advice form the Pros..
