gibberish in itunes

Itunes shows Hebrew as gibberish. for some reason it also shows gibberish when I try to sign up for Apple Music, despite the fact I set the language to English. This means I can't sign up for Apple Music. I just installed Itunes on my Windows 10 PC. Can someone help me please?

If you installed iTunes from the Microsoft Store you may want to remove that copy and install using the iTunes64Setup.exe instead. Check for other versions at https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/.
