I have Microsoft Office 365 in my Macbook Air (2017). From recently i have a problem when trying to update O365. when trying to download the update/installer, it gives an error saying "One or more update packages could not be downloaded. Please try again". I tried changing DNS to Google DNS but it did not solve the issue. could someone please help?

the issue might be with one of the updates.
the only way to pass this is to manually download and install updates.
visit Microsoft page and search for the update. Download the update file and install. That should fix your problem.
This continues to happen to me in Office 365 Fast Insider for the best several rotations. I have a MacBook Air 13-inch from 2017. I have been deleting the files and reinstalling and now all of this has stopped. Any help would be appreciated and I contacted Microsoft on this issue to no satisfaction.
