Getting Error Code:224003 On My iPad Pro In The Middle Of Streaming Music

The full listing of what is says is:

"This video file cannot be played (Error Code:224003)"

Which, of course, makes even less sense, as this is not a video file???

I have had this happen for the past few weeks now, when I access the streaming music content of The Midnight Special, from WFMT in Chicago. It can happen anywhere from fifteen minutes to up to an hour or more into the program I am listening to. No idea why it is happening. Initially, rebooting the iPad Pro and the rebooting the streaming signal would result in allowing me to listen again, but not for the past two times. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
