Hi, I'm trying to change the language, not the region in the App Store of my macbook. I need the settings in English but as my region is Germany, it shows me the App only in German. I tried changing the region for UK but it does not allow me to download in 'this region'.

If you are concerned about the App language, they are normally multilingual and automatically adopt the language which the os is in, regardless of where you are located.
