I bought an iPhone from someone and it's disabled. How can I get it to work with my sim.

Start here: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled


And keep your fingers crossed that it's not activation locked. If it is, only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the lock.
