iphone x Screen Touch freezes
iphone screen touch not response is this harware or software issue. should i have to replace it from apple or its a temporary issue .

how many iphone x face this issue. can this issue only be removed by replacement or it can be solved by restart or anything
i was told there's a program for the iphone x to replace the part needed to get the touch issuse fixed (google iphone x screen replacement program)
yep that's the one. I have an appointment with Apple coming up this week for this program
