beats solo 3 not charging

last night i hung my headphones on the charger before going to sleep, only to find it this morning still on 14%. i tried the reset thing multiple times, used different adapters, but half an hour charging later the percentage still hasn't changed. it says it's charging, but nothing seems to happen.

They weren’t even touched throughout the day. What is going on? I’ve only had these for about 6 months and super disappointed. I bought these becusse I was having an issue with my old beats not holding a charge and always being dead when I go to use them (but they were 6 years old!)
