Have you tried to update your iPhone through iTunes?

If you would like to try follow the following steps:

• Connect your iPhone to your PC
• Open iTunes
• Open the iPhone section(Top left corner iPhone sign)
• Click on update

Respond if you have any problems

If it's not, unfortunately updates are no longer supported on your device.

Try a forced restart of your device (depending on your model):--> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
