Apple Cash restriction for minors?

im a minor, Ive been using applecash for a while , my dad will send me $20 for the week or will send me money in the morning before school, and yesterday it asks me to verify my account- with my ssn, address, etc... I did so and then my account was locked. This was super random. Is Apple Cash all of a sudden restricted for minors?

Age for Apple Cash How old do you have to be to send and receive money to and from Apple Cash? Once had Apple Cash and have been sending and receiving money since 2019 and I needed to verify my identity on the wallet app for Apple Cash and I had to contact a Apple Cash specialist and she told me I was underage and that it was a glitch. Wouldn’t you think Apple would have the glitched fixed in 3 years? She said they will shut my account off and I could make another one until I was of age. I went on Apple and it says you can have an Apple Cash account at 13 years old. I’m 17 and I turn 18 in a few months. HELP!!

You have to be 18 to use Apple Cash.
