Deleting invisible app

i’m trying to a remove 3rd party volume/app switching app frm an ipad. It’s always visible on screen, a semi-transparent button, but does not respond like other apps in that when i keep my finger on it there’s no response. I can’t move it to a folder. It doesn’t appear in the settings app list. I don’t remember what it’s called. Can anyone help?

It doesn’t matter if I ‘remove’ it (everything looks normal ‘remove app’ -> ‘yes’ and then app disappears) but yet, still shown as already installed from the App Store (2nd picture). FYI: from Settings -> General -> iPad Storage: Disney+ is NOT shown (removing the app from there was another solution from Apple Community - so this is definitely not a solution for me, this before and after rebooting the iPad) If someone can help, I would really appreciate it!!! Resetting my iPad from factory setting (erase all content and settings) is not an option for me :(

Hi， I cannot delete app on my iPad Air. There is delete icon appear on the left top corner of app after hold it for a few second on my old iPad and iPhone. Please advise. Many thanks. No “Delete” when trying to remove app in iOS 15.5 I am trying to delete a previously installed app on my iPhone XR running iOS 15.5. Normally, I would expect the contextual menu for that to look like this: In my case, however, there is no “Delete.” Why would that be? On my other phone, an iPhone 12 Pro, the menu looks like in the above screenshot.

Perhaps first you can try to restart your iPad, here’s a tutorial video:
